m999k Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and m999k ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the m999k website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and any related features. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or engaging with any service on m999k.

By accessing m999k, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You may hold only one account on m999k. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is strictly prohibited.
• All personal details provided during registration must be accurate. You must notify m999k promptly if any of your registered details change.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share access to your account with any third party.
• m999k reserves the right to request KYC identity documents at any stage. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may be restricted from withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

m999k supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). m999k does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and will be communicated in your account settings.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits made for the sole purpose of collecting a bonus without genuine gaming intent may be considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• m999k reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is identified as fraudulent, made using stolen payment credentials, or linked to a chargeback or dispute.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. m999k does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• m999k aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 8 minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary.

3. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

m999k offers promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus and periodic reload and loyalty promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus conditions apply to all m999k promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and may not be used in combination with betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• m999k reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice if it is determined that the offer has been misused or exploited.
• Players may not claim the same bonus more than once unless the promotion terms explicitly state that the bonus is recurring or multi-claim.
• Bonuses credited to a player's account that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.

4. Responsible Gaming

m999k is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and never a financial strategy or an escape from personal problems. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
• Time-out periods: Players may request a temporary break from gambling ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account will be suspended and cannot be reactivated before the period ends.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion. Permanently excluded accounts cannot be reopened.
• Minors protection: m999k strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21. If you are aware of a minor attempting to use m999k, please contact us immediately. We also recommend that parents use parental control software to prevent access to gambling sites on shared devices.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on m999k. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of another person who is under 21.
• Registering more than one account, or accessing a self-excluded or suspended account through any means.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any game, software, or promotional system on m999k.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, spin reels, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of stolen payment credentials or unauthorized payment instruments.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

m999k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested by m999k.
• Any suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargebacks, or other financial irregularities linked to the account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the m999k platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of m999k or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the m999k platform content without prior written consent from m999k. Unauthorized use of m999k intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m999k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or system damage, or the cost of substitute services. m999k's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your m999k account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m999k does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any technical issues will be resolved within a specific timeframe. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to the platform. m999k will endeavor to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance where reasonably practicable.

9. Changes to These Terms

m999k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, m999k will notify registered players via the contact details on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of m999k following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
